Hein Ehlers
Group Managing Director
Hein is the founder of Devmark Property Group. He hold degrees B.Soc.Sc, Bus.Admin.Hon and MBA. During 1998 he was given an award by the Institute of Marketing Management in recognition for his contribution to the property industry in the Western Cape. Devmark is today a leading Property Services Company in the Western Cape. |

Francois Le Roux
Financial Director
Francois completed a B.Comm Accounting degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2001. Thereafter he completed 3 year articles at an auditing firm. He joined the Group during 2005 as Financial Manager and during 2007 was appointed as Financial Director. He completed his MBA in 2009. |

Jean Ehlers
Commercial Director
Jean completed a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stellenbosch University and UNISA.
He joined Devmark in 2003 where he started out assisting with property marketing. He joined the commercial brokerage division in 2004 and has since been responsible for the facilitation of commercial and industrial property development leasing and sales.
Jean has been involved in all major commercial and industrial projects the group has undertaken since 2004, totaling over R200mil. |

Dejane Ehlers – Steyl
Design Director
Dejane completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNISA.
She travelled to London to pursue her career and worked for a property investment company for two years after which she returned to South Africa and joined the Devmark Group to start a design division.
Devmark Design renders services for the residential, commercial and retail industry, corporate clients, the hospitality industry & private homes.
Services include interior design, finishes, lighting, lay-out, furnishing, décor and landscaping. |

Chanet Muller
Marketing Manager
Chanet completed a bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Stellenbosch.
She joined Devmark Design in 2008 and in 2009 joined the marketing team.
She has since then been promoted to marketing manager and is in charge of the group’s Marketing and HR relations. |

Nina van Deventer
Director Devmark Marketing and Events
Nina joined the Devmark Group in March 2009. She started her career at Tourvest Retail Travel as the National Events Manager responsible for functions
such as the Sunshine Tour’s Seekers / American
Express Travel Pro-Am golf challenge at Dainfern Golf Club (Raising R150 000 for Kids Haven Charity), the
re-Launch of the Seekers Travel Group, annual
end-of-year functions, corporate functions, team
building events and much more. In September 2007
she joined the prestigious Lourensford Wine Estate where she was responsible for the launch of the Lourensford Honey Liqueur (generating exposure to
the value of more than R2 million), worked closely with Primedia to ensure a successful and sold out Kday in 2008 and 2010 as well as The Coke Zero Festival
along with Big Concerts in 2009.
November 2009 DME won the account to launch the Destiny Africa development in George. The majority of the guests were from overseas with Helen Zille opening the function.
With 10 years’ working experience in the industry Nina has managed to build a solid network of reliable suppliers, contacts and clients.
