Klein D’Aria private residential estate in Durbanville breaks ground for phase one

Only five properties still available

The Klein D’Aria Private Residential Estate, launched by Devmark Property Group in a joint venture with D’Aria Vineyards in the Durbanville Wine Valley, broke ground this week. The exclusive development will offer 22 luxury homes in a prime location on completion.
